How long does delivery take?


Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. At checkout you may then choose First Class (1-2 days) or Second Class (2-3 working days). Meaning average turnaround time can be anywhere between 2-5 business days. Please note that although Royal Mail do their best to guarantee these delviery timeframes, they advise that boxes can take up to 10 working days depending on delays.




How long do the baked goods last?


Cookies and Brownies can last up to a week if kept in a seal tight container. Please note this can differ depending on delivery choice. For best results pop in microwave for up to 15 seconds and serve with ice cream! Brownies can be frozen but should be eaten within a month of delivery. Defrost and reheat as necessary. Pick N Mix sweets can last 2-3 months if kept in sealed bag.




How do I order?


Have a look through our amazing selection of goodies. 1.Make sure to select all toppings/ sweets in the drop down boxes. 2. Type out your personalised message if it's a gift. 3.Then add to cart. If there's something you're after that you can't see, send us an email on the contact section and we will see what we can do! Please make sure to keep an eye on your junk folder for a response.




Can I order cookie toppings or sweets not on the list?


If there's something you fancy but can't see or you'd like a box to be themed around a certain chocolate/sweet please send us an email before ordering and we will get in touch as to whether we can fulfil your special request. Please allow 48 hours for a response and make sure to check your junk.




Do you cater to allergies?


All products are handled and baked at the same time. Some of our products contain nuts and/or peanuts. We therefore do not recommend any of our products to customers with a nut or peanut allergy. Some of our cookies and brownies are not suitable for vegetarians.

Are your boxes vegan/halal/gluten free?


We have started to introduce vegan options but are trying our best to offer the best and therefore are taking a little longer to grow our collection. No options are currently gluten free. Pick N Mix options are not halal, but as we grow we hope to grow our collection.




Payment and Delivery


Payment must be made online at time of ordering. Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days of ordering (depending on how busy we are). They will then be dispatched based on the postage you have chosen. Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver over weekends with second class. Once boxes are posted it is out of our control and sometimes there can be delays. We are able to track boxes but Royal Mail allow up to 10 working days, all tracking information is sent within the dispatched email but if you are having trouble, please get in contact and we will do everything we can to resolve any issues. With larger boxes we send with UPS in order to make sure we can keep delivery charge as low as possible.




Do you cater for events?


Yes! Send us an email at support@ohmysugar.co.uk with as much information as possible and we can get back to you with ideas and pricings. We cater for all events and also have partnerships with companies that offer their new clients goodie boxes!




Do you have a shop?


Our store is currently mainly online. We sometimes do pop up markets at our local high street. Please see our instagram page for upcoming dates.




Can I pick up an order if I live locally?


Yes! When checking out there is an option for pick up. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order. Once your box is ready for pick up, you will receive another email which will include our address. Please do not collect until you have received this email.




How does the DIY box work?


As we have a lot of customers asking to create their own we have made this page in order to hopefully make your own touch to a box. Choose what you'd like to add to a box and only select on one of the items which pakcaging you would like and what the message needs to say if it's a gift. We will then take care of the rest.




Why can't I add a personalised message on certain items?


Some items are sent as they are in a mailing bag rather than a gift box such as the pick n mix bags, therefore we are unable to include a message unless they are added as an extra in a chosen box. Basic boxes also do not include gift messages as these boxes are reduced in price in order to treat yourself and therefore does not include any gift packaging.
